“FALL ATHLETIC UNIFORM” RETURN POLICY

All athletic clothing/equipment must be returned to the Site Athletics Secretary at

the “Student Services” desk no later than one (1) week after the season has

ended. A “lunch detention” will be assigned every day until the uniform is

returned.

Athletic clothing must be washed and handed back to the Site Athletics Secretary.

You must sign the return form. Do not leave your uniform on the desk. This will

eliminate any confusion and/or lost uniforms.

Athletes are responsible to pay for the replacement cost of any lost or

damaged uniform and/or equipment. Athletes failing to pay for lost or

damaged items will not be allowed to participate in sports, dances or any

other extra-curricular activities until satisfactory clearance is made.
