The first meal provided in the price of the trip will be dinner on the 20th October

Students will need to bring a packed lunch or money for some food on the flight to Spain

They will also need to save some money for lunch for the return flight on Sunday

While we are in Spain, all meals are provided (breakfast, packed lunch, hot evening meal)

Pocket Money

Students will not need to buy anything, apart from drinks or snacks during the day

I would think that 20 euros per day would be more than enough (100 euros total)

We can operate a ‘banking’ system to allow students a certain amount of money each day if necessary

Students will be able to keep their money in a safe in the hotel as long as it is clearly labelled

A few warnings

Cameras, mobile phones etc will be allowed on the trip but we cannot take any responsibility for them

Under no circumstances should anybody buy lasers, bb guns, lighters etc from tourist shops – there will be regular spot checks

Barcelona is a hot spot for pick pockets – it is no more dangerous than Birmingham or London so take the same precautions as you would there
