“All By Myself.”

3 Have your child make a pattern using movement,

(example; walk, walk, jump or sit, hop, sit, hop).

4 Have your child draw a picture using only shapes. Ask your child what shapes make up

their drawing.

5 Have your child sort their toys into two groups based on size,

large and small.

9 Have your child tell you what

they like most about the family.

10 Have your child draw a picture of your family and count how

many family members.

11 Help your child become aware of their everyday routines. For

example-a nightly routine could be dinner, bath, story,

and then sleep.

12 Have your child practice

writing their name three times.

13 Play a look and find game with

your child. Give them directions to find an object in

the room.

16 Play a board game with your

child that includes dice. Have your child practice counting

the dots on the dice and board spaces.

17 Lay out 10 different objects on

a table and have your child count the objects. Take away or add more objects to count.

18 Discuss with your child their favorite Community Helper

19 Give your child some pennies, nickels, dimes, and quarters. Have your child sort the coins

into four different groups.

25 Get a chair and give your child

Pregúntele de las formas en el dibujo.
