Paragon Update – March 21, 2017 Summary The REALTORS® Association of Edmonton and the team from Black Knight continue to work on identified priorities and issues based on your feedback. Below you will find a recap of the changes and enhancements that will be released during a system upgrade, available on Wednesday, March 21, 2017. This recap is followed by a more detailed explanation of each change. Any questions you have about an enhancement request you have made can be sent to [email protected].

New Email Mobile/Tablet View A new mobile view is now available when listings are emailed manually out of the system. This new mobile view has a responsive design that detects when the report is viewed on a mobile/tablet device.

Suggested List Price – New Price Range Option A new price range option has been added to the Comparable Price Analysis within Paragon CMA.

Collaboration Center

New Social Media Links on About Me Page To provide further exposure for the agent, new social media links are available to be added to both the About Me page and the Public view of a listing from Collaboration Center.

Profile Image for Contacts Contacts can now upload their own photo within the Collaboration Center Site.

Zoom In and Out Manual Controls Added to Maps All maps now contain a manual zoom in and out control. This will allow users running without a mouse to manually zoom in and out on a map.

New Help Link Added To help Consumers new to Collaboration Center, a retrievable Help Overlay will display when the first visit the site or from the new Help button in the right corner of the page.

Dashboard Counts Filter Results Based on the Saved Searches Prior to this release, filtering by a search only updated the content within certain sections. We have updated this functionality to include the Undecided, Favorite, Possible, other content to reflect the number based on the selected search.

Ability to Remove a Listing from a Custom Folder A new icon has been added to allow users to easily remove the listing from a current folder.

Ability to Set a Listing Back to Undecided Listings designated as Favorite, Possible or Rejected now can be unmarked and set back to Undecided. Click on the same icon to make that listing Undecided.

Mobile Additional Information Added to the Mobile Thumbnail View Several additional fields have been added to the Mobile Thumbnail View including Status, Floor Area SF and Listing ID# (ML#).

Ability to Filter Listings by Various Parameters If a contact has more than one saved search, listings can now be filtered based on each Saved Search.

Map Views A map view is now available via the thumbnail view and a map section has been added to the detail view.



Corrected Issues Listings Not Loading After Initial Six Results Only the initial six results were loading due to the browser (Google Chrome) zoom level. This has been corrected.

Emails for Agent Notification Options are now being sent When the contact marked a listing as a Favorite, Possible, or Rejected, the agent was not always being notified of the changes. This has been corrected.

Favorite/Possible/Rejected System Folders Counts are Updated The Favorite, Possible, and Rejected Folders in the System Folders page displayed a count of zero even though there were listings in the folders. This has been corrected to display the correct number of listings in each folder.

Agent Image Now Changes Everywhere from Previous Agent Images When an agent updated their agent image through Paragon, Collaboration Center did not carry the updated image throughout the system. It would only show the new image when a new comment was added. It will now update everywhere in the system as expected.

Rename Search Activity Folder The Search Activity folder, found within a contact has been re-labelled to Buyer Activity.

Reports CMA Summary ***Highly Requested***

The CMA Summary has been increased from 50 listings to 100 listings.

Condo & Community Name Updates (Effective March 27th, 2017)

Communities and Condo tables have been updated. Please see the detailed list below.



New Email Mobile/Tablet View Powered by the Collaboration Center functionality, a new mobile view is now available for listings emailed manually out of the system. The new mobile/tablet view has a responsive design that detects when the report is viewed on a mobile/tablet device. Important: Users have the option to return to the desktop version.

Suggested List Price – New Price Range Option There is now a price range option in the Comparable Price Analysis within Paragon CMA. You can manually enter a Low and High price range to reflect in the price analysis report. If you do not want a price range you can leave the High field blank and utilize the other options just like before.



Collaboration Center New Social Media Links on About Me Page To provide further advertisement for the agent, social media links are now available to be added to both the About Me page and the Public View of a listing from Collaboration Center. The following options are available to be added via the Client Connect Agent Preferences: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google +. Clicking on any of these links will load the social media page in a new browser tab.

Profile Image for Contacts Contacts can now upload their own photo within the Collaboration Center Site. The profile image is in the upper right hand corner of the page. It will also display with each of the Contacts Comments.

1. Click on the contact name and then Upload Profile Image.

2. Click on Upload Image

3. If the photo uploaded is not a square it will open a crop tool. They can adjust the square as needed. Then Click Save.

New Help Link Added For consumers new to Collaboration Center, a retrievable help overlay will now display on the screen during the first visit. This overlay will point out a few options on the screen that will help them get familiar with how to use Collaboration Center. The overlay is displayed on the main dashboard. The Help Overlay can also be accessed from a new Help button in the right corner of the page.



Dashboard Counts Filter Results Based on the Saved Searches Prior to this release, filtering by a search only updated the contents within the Updates section. We have enhanced this functionality to include the Undecided, Favorite, Possible and other content to reflect the number based on the selected search. The application has been updated to now filter all content based on the search selected. By default, the search filter is still set to All Saved Searches.



Ability to Remove a Listing from a Custom Folder A new icon has been added to allow users to easily remove the listing from a current folder. This icon will appear in red next to the Custom Folder icon. When clicked, it will open a window containing the folders that the listing is part of. Simply click the folder you want to remove the listing from and click the remove button.

Ability to Set a Listing Back to Undecided Listings designated as Favorite, Possible or Rejected now can be unmarked and set back to Undecided.

For example, if a listing is marked as Favorite by accident or you have change your mind, you can now click on the same icon to make the listing Undecided.
