Canada’s VQA Icewine

Standards• Grapes must naturally freeze on the

vine and be harvested and pressed at - 8° C or lower.

• Icewine juice must be 35 degrees Brix or higher

• Residual sugar and the actual alcohol shall result exclusively from the natural sugar of the grapes.

Our Icewines• Chardonnay ~ The most internationally acclaimed of

our collection with flavors of honey and peach intertwined with tropical fruits.

• Merlot ~ A very unique wine with rich decadent flavours of strawberries, sultana and cloves.

• Pinot Noir ~ A first for Paradise Ranch! A red Icewine with cherry, cranberry and cinnamon flavours.

• Riesling ~ Full-bodied with crisp flavours of apple, pear and apricot intermingled with notes of caramel.

• Vidal ~ Widely produced in Canada; honeysuckle lead to apricot flavours with a touch of ginger on the warm finish.

• Merlot Late Harvest ~ Rich flavours of strawberries & cranberries with notes of honey.
