DESCRIPTION

Paradise Park is a 2 acre site built around the former Paradise Dock, created in the 1830’s as a navigable dock off the River Lea serving numerous factories and completely surrounded by 60 acres of open park land. The site consists of 77 private flats, 55 social flats, about 10,000 square feet of office buildings and an underground car park. This opportunity required a high level of expertise from the developer comprising a mixture of new build five storey blocks and the converted Grade II listed period buildings.
