My Inception It all starts with an idea. Like a small seed planted in a genius mind; the thought of a sophisticated contemporary urban space dwelling

was born. Like all brilliant ideas, “this urban space” would be a life-changing experience not only for my promoters but also for all

associated with it.

Any good idea needs to be coupled with proactive planning & action orientation for its germination. Thus, the saga of understanding the

future inhabitants was initiated.

My promoters want me to be a land mark hence appointed Newton® Consulting Group Inc.,an International Business Communication

Consulting organization with a scientific approach to creating, aligning connect to customer as well as Stonehenge™, a global award

winning architectural consultation firm. Newton® synergized its insights with Stonehenge™ to create the best Urban Concept ever

developed called “Paradise Avenue”.

“Consumer truly is the king” and this adage holds more water in Paradise Avenue, where every brick, every mortar has been laid keeping

consumer needs, likes & interest in mind.

Welcome to “Paradise Avenue”

My “Paradise Avenue” Story Let me tell you a story, the story of Paradise & the expeditions of its transformation into a

“HOME”. It all started like this:

A nursing bulldozer stretched its hand to pull me from the womb of earth. Scattered bricks here

& well placed hope there, that’s how I was born! My growth will be an outcome of a planned &

systematic approach along with a lot of care!

My face is a Drawing Room, the open laughing mouth the Balcony. The walls are my arms

where I behold my heart, the Bedroom. The large windows that is every part of me, is my

outlook to life. Addressing my gastronomical delight is my Stomach housed in the Kitchen. There

are many things that a hot bath can cure & the Bathroom offers me the therapeutic cleansing to

reach a state of nirvana.

I have family & friends here; the lush green landscapes are my brothers. The ever active, health

conscious Health Club Gym, SPA & Lounge are my cousins. The vibrant & forever sixteen

Swimming-Pool ceaselessly enthusiastic for the word “Leisure in Luxury” is another cousin.

I will stay happy all day long, with children bustling through afternoon to evening. I will eagerly

wait for the delightful blend of laughter, caring deeds & wonderful stories of the elderly on the

park bench in the evening. With new seasons, I see new hope & from being a lone Paradise to

“Home SWEET Home”.

My LandscapingTo remember the lovely water bodies & recall the fragrant fresh breath of the trees in the manicure

parks, to watch the saffron sunsets & the humble bumblebee, the greens in my lap are my gift to my

inhabitants in “Paradise Avenue”

I am surrounded by plenty of trees, flowery paths & gardens, which make me feel beautiful within.

I like children going out for playful evenings on my turf, or when adults take a healthy walk on the

paths I have created, my bouquet of greenery, shares poetic mystery to all its visitors & infuses the

air with fables by the elderly. The greenery gives me the space to breathe & to feel life in everything

around.

Rain HarvestingMost part of me being like Paradise is sustained by one of the most important elements of nature – Water. That is why

“Rain Water Harvesting” has become an integral part of me.

With implementation of futuristic technology, I have within, a system of accumulating & storing rainwater for reuse.

This water will contribute toward advancement of urban greenery & assure independent water supply during water

shortages.

Eco Green Effects Reason of being known as “Paradise Avenue” is the

greenery that is central to the eco-friendly community

that I have been developed into. Everyone likes speaking

about An Eco-Friendly Environment but I fully understand

that my green effect not only adds an aesthetic value to

my landscape but also plays an important part on the well

being of my residents.

Bedroom Each of my bedrooms have been designed to have ample space for hope and peace, that should be the space for comfort. My bedroom is a place I’d rather be Instead of reality, a place out of this world, a place where colors swirl, a place I long to see.

The bedroom has been created in a manner where you can fall soundly asleep & that’s the place I see dreams being made, this place I call a space filled with endless love & that’s my bedroom.

BathroomI have created every space to be a place to relax and in my bathrooms, Relaxation can be achieved in a variety of forms. Whether it is the shape of the bathtub that makes a difference, the inspiring decorative objects or the view that can be admired, all my bathrooms have something in common with relaxation. Some interiors are rich in arrangements, which add to the freshness and invigorate the place.

I want my bathroom’s special color & theme to add authenticity and personality to my Home.
