Marriage We pledge to support marriages.

paying attention to our appearance !

freedom & boundaries, using wise principles of

marriage governance such as these secrets!

ACTION I will sponsor my married people & spouse to an annual banquet. There they will hear about the principles above plus they will hear couples share about their marriage journeys. The couple will be encouraged to commit to building a healthy marriage using these principles.

ACTION I will identify resources who will be trained in conflict resolution.

I will take advantage of conflict resolution training that will be

offered though out the community in 2014.

Freedom We pledge to support freedom.

ACTION To honor the original spirit and intent of the Bill of Rights, I will implement a Freedom of Speech Policy.

reputation of our company and the confidentiality required by various company matters. We ask that when you are

speaking in public about our company, that you speak with respect and use good judgment regarding confidentiality.

Other matters: We also believe in the original spirit and intent of the Bill of Rights. This means we honor your

right to Free Speech outside of the workplace on non-company related topics.
