system has a perfect performance in terms of heat

and insulation.

Heat insulation: heat transmission coefficient of

zendow system (Uf) was determined as 1.4-1.5

W/m2K in the tests which were performed in IFT -

Rosenheim.

everestMAX system is 60 mm width and designed as 4-cell and 2-joint.

everestMAX system gains the system the ability of welding at edges

through the use of TPE joint, thus excellent insulation is provided.

To create a solution for specific details, it has a broad auxiliary profile

family.

The system has a broad product family with 90 and 150 mm

molding profiles, grayage, interconnecting profiles, angled edge

turn, 90° and 135° edge turn, dropper, aluminium threshold, several

sealing profiles and windowsill assembly profile.

Thanks to its 4-cell design, it has a superior transmission coefficient

in terms of insulation.

The heights of the door wing profiles within the system and the

outward opening door wing profiles were optimized and reduced

and thus the glass surface i.e. field of vision was increased.

everestMAX system has a special slope design which accelerates

discharge of water.

The system enables manufacturing folding door, pivot, parallel

sliding, outward opening etc. special window types.

? System Integrity;

Sliding system has gained solutions to many special

details with its 26 different PVC profiles in it. There are

three frame profiles which are sliding frame, fixed

sliding frame and fixed sliding casing frame profile. In

the sliding system, there are two different sliding wing

profile (3-cell) options based on window/door

dimension to be manufactured. In the sliding window

system, while it is aimed to increase the surface of the

glass, that is to say the field of view, resistance was

increased in the sliding door system.

? Insulation Concept;“INSULATION” concept was prioritized in the design of the sliding system. Many profiles and auxiliary materials within the system were designed by targeting insulation. Insulation was increased by including TPE seal to fusion closures and fusion welding profiles at joint places. Furthermore, solutions increasing insulation were produced in many materials within the system

? Compliance with Zendow and Everest Max Systems;

Sliding and Fixed Sliding systems are combined

through Zendow and Everest Max systems by using

auxiliary profiles.

? Aluminium profiles;

Resistance against wind is increased and joinery in

larger dimensions is enabled by aluminium fusion

closure and aluminium fusion welding profiles. These

aluminium profiles also supplement the joinery in

aesthetic terms.

? Fixed part opportunity in Sliding Frame

and Fixed Sliding systems;

In sliding frame double wing moving or fixed sliding

frame applications, fixed parts can be created in

lower, upper and side parts. Jalousie glass

application can be made in this system at the same

time.

storbox 2000 shutter

Egepen Deceuninck, Decor Shutter Storbox 2000 System provides excellent heat and sound insulations in places where it is used.

Décor Shutter Storbox 2000 System, which is manufactured in two different sizes which are 165 and 200 mm boxes, is used as shutter over the joinery. Furthermore, there are also 200 x 235 mm insulated boxes in the system for heat insulation purposes.

Elit, Ege and Mini Panjur can be applied as shutter lame

This system can be easily applied in a single window, on the door and locations which require multiple shutter application.

Shutter is one of the important aesthetic elements of our

architectural tradition and best solution alternatives for

buildings against unfavourable climate conditions.

Egepen Deceuninck proves its design power once more

through “Shutter System”.

In Shutter System, while wings are closed, internal wings

can be opened forwardly by means of a special scissor

system. The system divides into two groups as wall-

mounted or casing-mounted based on the way of

mounting. White and laminated colour alternatives can

be applied in the system. Based on the characteristics of

the location, it also enables manufacturing “arched

shutter”.

This Ege Profil patented Shutter System is compatible with every window system and can be safely used for years

Egepen Deceuninck proved its difference with its unique design

of Sliding Fly Net System which is one of the most important

requirements of the industry. Sliding Fly Net System whose design

registration right belongs to Ege Profil, has many advantages

when compared to current fly net systems.

Sliding fly net systems can be independently assembled on

every type of system (inward opening or sliding).

Sliding Fly Net System consists of wing profile, meeting rail profile

and two different kinds of rail profiles.

Big rail (38 mm) is used for double rail sliding casing while small rail

(22 mm) is used for single rail sliding casing.

Sliding Fly Net System certainly prevents the pass of flies and

other insects through double brush application in compliance

with manufacturing details.

.It is the first sliding fly net system with the facility of laminated

coating in Turkey. It provides a visual unity because it can be

coated in the same colour with laminated joineries.

Terrace+ is the most preferred product in commercial applications such as harbours,

hotels, restaurants, bars, swimming pools.

• Its surface is half plain: The chute between coated profiles is not a gap but a shallow

line. Thanks to jagged profile, small objects' falling down between the profiles is

prevented.

• Easy assembly: New interlaced and sliding system is assembled with few screws

(Patent operations are continued). Furthermore, the distance between the

supporting girders was not standard 50 cm but 60 cm.

• Thanks to the new system, it is possible to pour and replace each profile one by one.•

0-Terrace+ offers a new and eye-catching surface relief: wave design. Profiles have
