Responsible for updating of all customer complaint in register after any complaint. Audit all zone leaders as per audit check sheet on weekly basis. Cost of poor quality. Responsible for in house PPM sheet area Wise & made CAPA for in house analysis. Responsible for CAPA submission to the customer in the customer desired time after customer

complaint. Review the effectiveness of CAPA’s for in house and customer complaint.

Check and review all work instructions on all work stations daily in the morning , if not upto the mark , intimate area quality person and production person also.

If any changes in process review Control plans , PFD , PFMEA and change if required. Review with purchase person supplier audit should be as per supplier audits plan, and review

audit sheet and CAPA. Conduct the operators training after any complaint from customer. Review quality team are they providing training or not on in house quality issues. Responsible for new PPAP documents if required. Made SOP’s , One point lesson , WI & review if required. Responsible for Maintaining Quality command center & all display in the company. Product Audit according to Inspection of Standard Parts. Active member of problem solving team in quality department. Implementation methods, Kaizen, POKA-YOKE activities (wherever possible). Monitor supplier PPM performance on monthly basis. Responsible to update MIS on daily basis. Responsible for Penetration inspection as per plan. Responsible for welder validation & training.
