The International Seminar on Challenges before the world and the present situation in 21st
century was arranged by Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru College and ICSSR on 15th & 16th February 2016.
The Inauguration programme was started at 9:30 on 15th February. The inaugurator of this
pgrogramme was Director General of Police (DGP) Mr. Praveen Dixit. At the inaugural speech, he told
the risk in India. The introductory speech at this programme was given by Ashutosh Mohanty, he
expressed his experience in various countries as well as challenges before the world. Dr. Vilas
Khandare was the chief guest of these programmes. He threw light on the economic crisis of the world.
Shri. Rangnathrao Kale, Chairman of Ajintha Education Society was the Chief President of the
programme. He made concluding speech at the end of the programme. The Convener of the seminar
was Dr. Pandit Nalawade expressed the role behind arranging the programme. Principale Dr. Ashok
Naikwade welcomed the participated professor and research students.
The first session was started at 10.30 after the inauguration Principal Dr. Vijay Nagare was
resources person in this session and Dr. Navanth Aghav was chairperson of this session. Total 116
papers were collected in this session. Few paper readers were given chance to read their papers. They
read their papers this session was concerned with increasing terrorism a terrible problem. Principal Dr.
Vijay Nagare as a resource person commented on the problem of terrorism Dr. Navnath Aghav

The Lunch break was given during 12: 30 to 1 : 00 After this second session started. The
second session was taken on the topic "Nuclear Weapons: A Huge problem of the world" Dr. M. S.
Tamboli from Chhattisgarh was the resource person of this session and Dr. Baliram Katare was the
chairperson of the session. Total 26 papers were received in this sessions. Few paper readers were
given chance to read the paper Dr. Baliram Katare commented on the competition of weapons and its
consequent in the world. Dr. M.S. Tamboli gave concluding speech at the end.
The third Session was started at 3: 00 in the noon. This session was based on sub-theme,
Human Rights and Social Justice and Problems of Displaced Population/Refugee. Prof. Sandeep
Choudhari was the resource person in this session. He expressed his thoughts on Human Rights and
Social Justice, Dr. Prashant Amrutkar was the chairperson in this session. He expressed his thoughts on
the topic and concluded his Chairperson speech. Total 58 papers were received in this session. Few of
them were given chance to read their papers. This session was over at 4:30.
The fourth session was started at 4:30 pm. This session was taken on the subtheme such as
poverty, malnutrition, corruption, increasing population increasing injustice against women; the
Burning problem before the world. Dr. Dattatray Wabale was the resource person in this session Total
70 papers were received on this topic. The selected papers where read out. Dr. Shyam Shirsath was the
Chairperson of this session and he concluded his chairperson speech at the end. All the four sessions
were concluded in a first day at 6:30 in the evening.
The Fifth session was started in the morning at 9:30 on 16th February 2016, the second day of
the Seminar. The session was held on the topic "The increasing attacks on Democracy and interference
a world power in Global politics. This session was arranged for the above sub- topic. Dr. Pramod
Pawar was the resource person in the session. Total 10 papers were received in the session. The papers
were read out in the session. The chairperson of this session was Prof. Manohar Patil. He concluded
this session with his speech. This session was over at 11:30 since 11:30 to 12:00 was lunch break and
the sixth session was started from 12:00 at noon. This session was on the topic, "The problem of water
energy, deforestation, Global Warming and Environmental Pollution global concerns Principal Dr.
Jyotsna Sonkhaskar was the resource person in this session. Total 40 papers were received in this
session. Of them only selected papers were read. The chairperson of this session was Dr. Pooja Paswan
she concluded the session with her speech. This session was over at 2:00 pm. in the noon.
The final and 7th session was started immediately. The topic of this session was, "Global
dialects are on the verge of extinction." Dr. Lalit Adhane & Dr. Kailas Ingale were the recourse
persons of this session. Total 29 papers were received in this session. The selected papers were given
chance to read out. Dr. Suresh Paithankar was the chairperson of this session. He concluded the session
with his speech. This session was over at 4: 00 pm in the evening. From 4:00 to 4:30 was tea break.
The farewell programme was held at 4:30 pm in the evening. The Chief Guest of this function
was Dr. Arjun Ahire from Zimma University, Zimma Ethiopia, He expressed his thoughts. Another
Chief Guest was Dr. Sudhir Gavhane Professor, Journalism & Mass Communication Department, Dr.
B.A.M.U. Aurangabad. He expressed his ideas on Digital literacy. Principal Dr. Ashok Naikwade
expressed his thoughts and put for word his role. The managing person of the programme Dr. Pandit
Nalawade took the review of the seminar Shri Prakash Kale Secretary of the Ajintha Education Society
concluded the programme with his speech. After ending the programme, certificates and books were
distributed.

6th January 2015 on the Topic ‘India At Present : Issues and Challenges’ The Seminar was convened by Department of Political Science.
The first day of seminar was attended by Hon. Rangnath Kale who as President of Ajintha Education Society. The Seminar was inaugurated
by former speaker of Maharashtra Legislative Assembly Mr. Arunbhai Gujrathi, Prof. Vilas Khandare, Dean Social Science, Dr. B abasaheb
Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad and Shri Dwarkabhau Pathrikar, former Zilla Parishad President, Aurangabad were on chief
guest. Mr. Rakash Kumar Sharma, Associate Professor, Government Post-Graduate College, Solan, Himachal Pradesh delivered ‘Key-note
address.’
There were four sessions organised on 5-01-2015. In the first session, there were several research papers on the topic ‘Border Disputes
and Infiltration with Neighboring Countries.’ In this session Dr. Sanjay Gaikwad and Dr. Prashant Amrutkar were present as resource persons.
(In this session 15th research papers were presented).
Second Session was held on the topic ‘Internal Naxalism A Serious Challenge.’ This session was guided by Dr. Yashwant Khadse
and Dr. D.S. Wable. (In this session 22 research papers were presented).
In the third session the research papers were presented on ‘Rural Development and Farmers Suicide’ – Dr. Navnath Aghav and Dr.
Shubhangi Rathi were resource persons for the session. (In this session 40 th research papers were presented).
The fourth session was on ‘Growing Terrorism and India Role.’ There were 23 rd research papers presented in this session. Dr. Ashok
Naikwade and Dr. B.S. Waghmare were present as resource persons.
On the second day of the seminar, there were three sessions organized. (6-1-2015) The fifth session which was for ‘Problems of
Water, Energy, Pollution and Environment and Deforestation?’ In this session 20 th research papers were presented. This session was guided
by Dr. Sambhaji Varungale Patil, Dr. K.P. Pole and Dr. Sairaj Tadvi.
In the sixth session 18th research papers were presented on the issue ‘Poverty Increasing Population and Corruption.’ Dr. Sunil
Jadhav and Dr. Koli were Presented as resource persons.
The seventh session was devoted to ‘Future of Indian dialects in Globalization.’ Which had 17th research paper presentation. In this
session Dr. Sunil Pimpale and Dr. Kailash Ingale were Present as resource persons.
The Valedictory session presided over by secretary of Ajintha Education Society. Hon’ble P rakash Kale. While former regional
commissioner, Krushna Bhoge was Present as Chief Guest. Also, Principal, Dr. Shashikala Suryawanshi, Principal Dr. Sirish Pawar, were
present as chief guest.
Several conclusions which were beneficial for both Society and country were presented in this seminar. In this seminar, there were
160 research papers presented of these 160 papers a reference book of 145 research paper was published. Also this two day seminar was
attended by 174 researcher and professors.
In this seminar S.C. and S.T. Category resource persons were given the opportunity and researcher student were given opportunity to pr esent
their research papers. As per the rules provided by University Grants Commission.
