Cancellation policy:In case you cannot attend the reserved appointment, you must inform us at least 12 hours prior to the reserved appointment. Otherwise you will be charged 50 % of the treatment value.

Medical condition:When you book your appointment, please inform the receptionist about any health problems you might have, which might influence the selection or carrying out of your chosen treatment.

Season Passes:Monthly, annual and half year passes for swimming pools and saunas can be used in all the centres.
