Five (5) PAMET-USA Inc. members will be chosen from the applicants to receive the ASCP Leadership Institute Certificate Program. The certificate program focuses on increasing self-awareness to gain insights into personal leadership styles and behavior. The program consists of ten (10) courses, each which offer up to 2.5 CME credits. Qualifications: • Current PAMET-USA Inc. and/or Chapter Constituent Membership • Commitment to: o Completing the Leadership Certificate Program on the prescribe time frame; o Posting on PAMET-USA’s social media account (Facebook, Instagram and Tweeter their learning experience per course (Presentation of Learning) How to Apply: • Interested candidates can fill out the application form and send completed application form via email to [email protected] our Scholarship Chair Dr. Shirley Cruzada. • Incomplete application form will result to disqualification for the scholarship. Application and Deadlines: • Deadline Sunday, March 31 st 12:00 midnight PST • Notification of Decision: April 15, 2019 • Questions can be emailed to Scholarship Chair: [email protected] Selection: • Applications will be reviewed by the Scholarship Committee, and five (5) PAMET-USA Inc. Scholarship Grant on ASCP Leadership Institute will be awarded by the PAMET-USA Foundation.
