All drivers must be 21 years old to rent a motor boat. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full rental payment. All prices are subject to 8.25% sales tax. Gasoline and oil are NOT included in the rental fee. Damage deposit is due on the date of rental. We reserve the right to refuse any rental at any time. Rates and availability are subject to change without notice. Night driving is prohibited. All children 12 years of age and under are required by law to wear life jackets. Cancellation Policy: Full refund up to 48 hours prior to rental date. No refund will be given within 48 hours of rental date.

COTTAGES

Each cottage is unique. All our cottages are fully furnished and include

a fully equipped kitchen.

Our Palmer House and Lake House sit directly at the waters edge with each having a screened-in porch providing gorgeous views of 4th Lake and the

Adirondack Mountains in the distance.

Our newest cottage, the Study, has a large deck that faces the water and

also provides a lovely view of 4th Lake.

Our other cottages are more rustic and nestled among the pine trees giving

you a true mountain feel.

The beach has the nicest sand on the lake with a designated swimming area for your safety. Along with 180 degree lake views, large dock, pond, stream, and acres of private woods adjoining

State Forest Preserve.

A VARIETY OF BOATS

For our cottagers, we have a variety of boats for rent. For your convenience, we have a private boat ramp, if you

need to launch your own boat, as well as plenty of trailer parking.

Boat delivery on the Fulton Chain of

Lakes. Call to inquire.
