Notice is hereby given that an order has been made under section 14 of the Land Transfer

Ordinance (Chapter 81) for the sale of all the rights and interests of the mortgagor in the property described in the schedule hereto, in satisfaction of the mortgage executed by the above-mentioned mortgagor and registered in the Land Registry (volume 1, pages 11—13, Deed No. 40/34 dated the 9th March, 1934) amounting, with interest and costs to this date, to the sum of £ P . 1,771.510 mils, together with such subsequent interest and costs as may accrue from the 20th December, 1939, until final payment.
