BSS engineer resole it . o If CP load > 70% or TRH load >70% . Run Fallback Script(CMD_1106_T3212_FALLBACK.txt) to revered T3212. Then return BTDM from 120 to 240.

BSS engineer resole it .o If CP load > 70% or TRH load >70% . Run Fallback Script(CMD_1106_T3212_FALLBACK.txt) to revered T3212. Then return BTDM from 120 to 240.o If normal after parameter change.
