The proposal should specify one flat rate per snow removal and one rate for sanding. Snow will be removed any time there is a 2” or more accumulation and within two (2) hours of the end of a storm. Sanding of the grade for Buffalo Court will be from 5th Avenue to the property common drive intersection and shall be completed as needed to prevent ice buildup at the stop sign; sanding of the grade for Antelope Court will be from 5th Avenue to the first driveway and shall be completed as needed to prevent ice buildup at the stop sign. Snow will be removed from all sidewalks, paved streets and driveways.
