Ingredients
1 small aubergine
1 medium courgette
Roasted Vegetable Pizza
1 red onion
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Ingredients
half teaspoon thyme
quarter teaspoon black pepper
4 pitta breads
150 ml tomato sauce
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar

Method
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees, gas Mark 7.
Get the sharp knife and chopping board.
Slice the aubergine.
Thinly slice the peppers.
Chop the onion into small wedges.
Thinly slice the courgette.

Method
Get the baking dish.
Add the vegetables, oil, thyme and vinegar.
Mix the ingredients well.
Put the baking dish into the oven.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Get the oven gloves.

Remove the baking dish from the oven.
Put the pitta breads onto a baking tray.
Roasted Vegetable Pizza
Spread 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce onto each pitta bread.
Put the vegetables on top of the tomato sauce.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
Remove the pizzas from the oven.
