The election has two main political parties.

The two parties are Republicans and Democrats.

Recipe Frittata

Ingredients

half teaspoon olive oil 85 grams of pasta

1 leek or spring onion, chopped

85 grams of frozen or tinned sweetcorn

85 grams of frozen peas

1 red pepper, chopped

150 ml semi skimmed milk

1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves

50g vegetarian cheddar cheese, grated

2 tbsp finely grated vegetarian parmesan cheese

Method

Heat the oven to 190C, gas mark 5.

Grease a one litre baking dish with the olive oil.

Put the pasta into a saucepan.

Cook for 8 minutes.

Add all the vegetables to the pasta.

Cook for another 2 - 3 minutes.

Drain the pasta and vegetables.

Pour into the baking dish and mix well.

Beat together the eggs and milk in a jug.

Add the thyme to the eggs and milk.

Mix the two cheeses together.

Add most of the cheese to the egg mixture.

Pour the mixture into the baking dish.

Stir then scatter the rest of the cheese on top.

Bake for 35 mins - 40 mins

Get the oven gloves and remove from the oven.

Cool for few minutes.

Serve with salad.
