Instead, you call and we worry about moving the equipment setting it up and taking it down! Your job is to have fun and let us handle the rest! – After setting up the equipment, we will conduct a safety meeting with you and/or your staff to make sure everyone is familiar with operation and safety of the equipment. At anytime during the event, you may call your event host with any questions you may have. Or, if you so choose, we can stay and help professionally attend the equipment for your event for an additional fee. We care about you and will go out of our way to make you feel comfortable with us, our equipment and our services—guaranteed!!!

1 INSURANCE Does the company you are considering carry Liability insurance? Do they carry special insurance for a mechanical bull that might be required for the state where you are located? Many companies are willing to go to another state for your event, but make sure they provide you with their certificate of insurance for the state you are located. If not, your company and event is being put at risk. How about Workers Compensation Insurance? Make sure the company you choose also carries this type of insurance. If not, and an employee or subcontractor would get hurt- YOU or YOUR ESTABLISHMENT may be liable! - Don’t cut corners! Any reputable company should not be offended by these suggestions and should happily provide these papers for you. At Big Bounce Fun House Rentals, we are always happy to provide these for our customers!

2 LARGE SELECTION AND VARIETY FOR ALL AGES Look at the inventory of what the company has to offer. Do they have a large list of items to choose from to ensure that your event is customized to fit your guests tastes as well as your budget or are you dealing with a “cookie cutter company” that pushes their limited stock on you in the form of packages? We attend tradeshows and conferences all over the U.S. because we are committed to continually adding to our already huge inventory and making sure that every event is filled with the hottest entertainment from coast to coast.

3 SAFETY Does the company take safety seriously? Besides insurance coverage for your guests, all of our inflatables are inspected at the beginning and end of each event. Every unit is cleaned once returning to our store. We also certify our employees yearly with the advanced safety course through Sioto which is highly credited with-in our industry. When you book an event with us you are in good hands.

4 TESTIMONIALS AND REFERENCES Ask for references or testimonial letters from satisfied clients. Any reputable company should be able to give you this information upon request. This info should also be on their website. Ask to call past customers. The rental company should be happy to provide this info for you. After all, word of mouth is the best form of advertisement!

5 SUPPORT STAFF It is important that you are taken care of before the event as well as during it. The success of your special day depends on the professionalism and good business sense of the entertainment company. Is the company that you are considering able to handle multi client days and all the upfront legwork to ensure a successful event? At Big Bounce Fun House Rentals we may handle several events per year but you will think that yours is the only

one. We have a full time professional office staff that has only one thing on their mind…you. From the initial consultation, to the event, you will feel treated like royalty and know that your event will be a perfect one.

6 EVENT PLANNING Many parties are organized with committees. Our event staff will be happy to meet with your committee. This takes the guess work out of the conversations and answers any questions your committee may have. This eliminates having someone to contact the party rental company after the meeting and talking about the same things at the next meeting. Who likes long meetings? We do this free of charge.

tentS & MoreHow big a tent do you need? Tent size would depend on the number of guests you have and the nature of your function. Big Bounce Fun House Rentals can assist you in determining the size of tent that you will require. Allow a minimum of two feet around the perimeter of the tent for setup. That means if you order a 20x20 tent, the area you need for installation is about 22x22. We will normally install your tent one to two days prior to your event.

We have frame tents, pole tents & sidewalls. Don’t forget the tables and chairs and lighting and dance floor, and dj’s- and oh yea….check out our catering too! Hey- Just call us and we’ll do all the work!

**If a tent is staked in asphalt the holes they leave after the tent is taken down needs to be filled with an asphalt plug, blow torched on the top and sealed. Please call Indiana Underground for locates for any gas lines, water, power, cable lines buried on the site where we build the tent.
