Campaign Goal Results.“More than 21.5% of individuals report living in a place not meant
for human habitation (streets, parks, etc.) prior to seeking shelter from a homeless housing program,” said Executive Director Stuart Harper. “Since the need continues to rise dramatically—so is the

CITY OF BUFFALO 2011 BULK TRASH PICKUP SCHEDULEBUFFALO – Mayor Byron W. Brown today announced that the City of Buffalo will continue itsannual curbside collection of large bulk trash. The 2011 bulk trash pickup service will begin in April.“We appreciate all of the Buffalo residents who keep our streets and neighborhoods clean byfollowing the trash collection guidelines,” said Mayor Byron W. Brown. “I applaud the efforts of our trash collection crews each year and encourage residents to continue playing a role in keepingour streets clean, improving the quality of life in Buffalo, and inspiring neighborhood pride.”Trash must be put out on Sunday of each bulk trash week. Each property is limited to putting outtrash that is 12 feet long, 3 feet high and 3 feet wide. Any trash that exceeds these specifications
is subject to a fine. Solvents, paint and tires will not be accepted. If you do not know whichCouncil district you live in, or if you have any questions regarding your trash, please call the 311Call and Resolution Center.
