The 3IWRDD, held at Universitat Politècnica de València (Spain) in October 2011, attracted 269 attendees from 24 countries.

The first event, the Third International Forum on Risk Analysis, Dam Safety, Dam Security and Critical Infrastructure Management, was conducted in four different but conneted sessions.

These four sessions were:-Risk Analysis-Dam Safety-Dam Security -Critical Infrastructure Management

After revision, 56 papers were accepted for publication in the Procedings.
