The School / Organisation field is designed to automatically find all Birmingham Schools from the first three letters typed in. This allows the school’s or organisation’s name to be selected and also for it’s address details to be pre-filled.

Captcha This field is designed to prevent automated scripts from creating accounts and requires the letters presented to be re-keyed. If hard to read, a new image can be requested or the audio read out option used.

To complete the process please select SIGN UP

If the registration fields have been entered correctly then a confirmation screen will be shown and then you are able to login. Once logged in with your account you can proceed to order publications, enrol staff on courses and use the on-line support portal. (See the additional guides on the web site which describe the options.) Your own user profile can be maintained from the My Profile menu option.

How to enrol delegates onto Services for Education courses (http://servicesforeducation.co.uk)

In order to enrol delegates on to a Services for Education course you will need to have logged into the Services for Education website (http://servicesforeducation.co.uk/) with your username and password. Please see the ‘How to Register Guide’ available from the Book a Course section of the website if you have not already registered. Login

Select the LOGIN Button

Enter your username and password.

Forgotten Username/Password If you have forgotten your username or password then select ‘Forgot Login’ and follow the instructions for retrieving and resetting.

Your own user profile and password can be maintained from the My Profile menu option.

Once logged in you will have access to enrol delegates on to Service for Education Courses.

Finding a course Select the Book a Course Menu option from the main menu

Please note that a calendar view is also included if selected for any of the subjects and includes links to the enrolment page and also the ability to copy to own calendar as a reminder e.g

The menu options allow searching across all courses or by subject area.

All Courses

This page will list all courses offered by Services for Education. The default list can be filtered by search word(s) entered into the ‘Event’ field, subject sub-categories, location and date range.

The School Support Brochure is available as an online ‘Flipbook’ and can also be downloaded as a PDF file.

The additional options in the main menu enable a filtered initial list by subject area (Assessment, EYFS, Leadership and Management, Literacy and Maths Interventions, NQT, PVI, Safeguarding, Emotional Health & Wellbeing, Teaching & Learning) e.g

To book delegates select number of delegates and ‘Add to basket’.

The item can be removed from the basket by selecting ‘Remove item’. Select ‘Checkout’ to proceed to the checkout page. On this page please add the delegate(s) details.

Please enter the delegate details. (If more than 1 delegate was selected then additional attendee fields (2 in this example) will be presented. (Mandatory fields are marked with *) A confirmation email containing the course details will be sent to the email address entered for each delegate. Please enter their actual email address if known rather than a generic school email address to save having to forward on. The person logged in to the website making the booking will receive both an order confirmation and course detail confirmation. Please note there is also an option to add one or more additional contacts who will also receive copies of the email communications (e.g Course Confirmation details, Course Reminders, Change of Venue, Cancellations) related to this course only. Click ‘Add contact’ as required.
