PAJUNK ® develops and produces modular instrument systems for suction and irrigation. These are simple to handle and versatile in their use.
Handles and tubes of the same series can be combined with each other in any chosen combination – regardless of the diameters of the components.
All systems can be assembled and disassembled without the use of any tools.
The ergonomically shaped handles ensure most favorable operating convenience, and they have a good “feel” to your hand, even if you use them over a longer period of time.

The versatility of the instruments is proven in numerous fields of application.
Basic modules for suction and irrigation
Models with an integrated instrument channel
Systems for suction and irrigation with an additional coagulation function
Exact adaptation to individual requirements
Maximum safety for user and patients

Having the same function, they differ in their technological construction and in their design
This way you can choose the suitable handle completely according to your own habits and preferences.

Pistol handle
Excellent ergonomic design The pistol handle is correspondingly easy to use for right-handed or for left-handed operators
The intensity of suction and irrigation can be adjusted infinitely variable directly over a controlling regulator Makes work easier for you, particularly during longer applications
The pistol handle can be easily disassembled into its
3 components to be cleaned
The valve is absolutely maintenance-free after cleaning

Double trumpet valve
The curved shape of the handle plate makes it pleasant to hold
The two valves are operated with the index finger
and the middle finger, switching back and forth
between the suction and the irrigation
function is therefore very easy.

Multifunctional suction-/irrigation system with integrated instrument channel
Basic function: suction and irrigation
Additionally: Instrument channel, diameter 5 mm
During suction and irrigation, the instruments can be completely retracted inside the tube

Ingenious sealing system in the instrument channel
The double sealing system ensures that no gas can escape through the handle.

Trap-door valve:
The trap-door valve seals the instrument channel
during suction and irrigation.
The trap-door opens and closes automatically, when
instruments are introduced or retracted.
It may also be opened and closed manually by
pressing the button - for example to easily and safely
remove hook- or biopsy instruments.

Sealing cap and O–ring system
They are intended to seal the handle during use of
instruments, and they prevent the excess pressure
from escaping.

Quality and perfection down to the smallest details
All handles have a gold-plated HF-connection
will guarantee low transition resistance,
and it will improve conductibility
The adapter is integrated into the HF-
connector, and is rotatable
the electrode tips can be turned in all
directions without interrupting the
conductive connection of the HF-supply
to the tip

Double, fluid-proof protection through a female LuerLock connection and an additional sealing system
All suction-/irrigation electrodes consist of an extremely robust plastic material tube, which has been carefully mounted on a core tube made of high-grade stainless steel
very solid isolation, unlike conventional shrink-down plastic tubing.

Functioning of the retractable, monopolar HF-electrodes
The electrode tip can be completely retracted into the suction-/irrigation tube.
The toothed ring must be pushed forwards to do this - the outer tube is extended over the electrode.
The toothed ring is also used to rotate the electrode in all directions.
Rotation, as well as retraction and extension of the HF-electrode is carried out by means of single-handed manipulation.

Options for combination and models
All handles and HF-electrodes of the series 1299 can be
randomly combined with each other.
All compound systems can be assembled and
disassembled with few operational steps without the use
of additional tools
