NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 2nd July, 2010

S.O. 1605(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 14 of the Indian Medicine CentralCouncil Act, 1970 (48 of 1970), the Central Government, after consulting the Central Council of Indian Medicine, herebymakes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely :-

In Part 1 of the said Schedule, relating to "Ayurveda and Siddha", under the heading "Madhya Pradesh" againstserial number 46 relating to Vikram Vishwavidyalaya, Ujjain in column 4, for the words and figures "From 1964onwards", the words and figures "From 1969 to 1982" shall be substituted; (ii) after the entries in columns 2, 3 and4, the following entries shall respectively be inserted, namely :—
