The exceptional team from Vin X Food and Wine Events, led by sommelier-chef Dylan Arriaza, will delight us with their famous paella

prepared over open fire, while pianist and vocalist Daniel Davies provides live-music enjoyment.

About the chefs: Sommelier-Chef Dylan and Chef Diane have worked

together in gourmet kitchens throughout southern and northern California catering private events both large and small and hosting

specialty wine tastings. Dylan is a Level 3 sommelier and serves as a consultant for Wente Vineyards.

About the pianist: Originally from Australia, Daniel has traveled

throughout the world as a pianist and vocalist with leading jazz greats including Bobby Gebbert, Dorian Mode, George Washingmachine and

Hans Mantel. He will be playing a wide range of music through the night and will be taking requests!
