PTFE – Ratermann Mfg. FP Family of Hoses The most popular high-pressure hose in use. Commonly found in fill plants across the country. Durable, flexible, and economically priced.

TSCZEL – Ratermann Mfg. FPZ Family of Hoses TSCZEL ETFE lined offers 75% less effusionthan standard PTFE pigtails. Optional stainless steel armor casing provides additional life, safety and protection. Each assembly is tested to 1 1/2 times MAWP. Branded with MAWP, and month/year.Not recommended for oxygen service

PTFE “Post Sintered” – Ratermann Mfg. FPT Family of Hoses The “post sintered” process re-bakes the PTFE at a controlled time and temperature, increasing the wall thickness and tightening the molecular bond of the PTFE, which dramatically reduces effusion and diffusion.Economically priced, very flexible and works well with most gases. Ideal for oxygen.

The concept of a RPV Cylinder Valve is to retain a small positive pressure of gas in a gas cylinder. This preventsbackflow contamination when cylinder pressure gets below the customer's system pressure and also prevent atmospheric contamination if a customer leaves the valve open when the cylinder is empty.
