TIG Welded Aluminium Semi-Monocoque Chassis featuring adjustable suspension mounts, seatbelt

mounts etc. No substandard time consuming pop rivet panelling required.

Premium Pushrod Suspension Design Front and Rear. Incorporating CNC Billet Aluminium A Arms &

Uprights with a choice of Urethane Bush or Teflon Rod Ends. Standard brakes are large 348mm rotors,

Brembo calipers and custom PACE custom spot caliper for handbrake.

Authentic body shape with enhanced symmetry and crispness of detail. Even if you are building a modern

styled GT40 replica you will still want to have the beautiful original body lines and the detail only found

on an original GT40. Compare our body shape to our competitors so called "authentic" body shapes.

Body consists of full gloss perfectly straight panels in Carbon Composite Construction and original style

inner panels for improved durability, rigidity and protection from water, dirt and debris. Doors are

reinforced Kevlar/Carbon construction. Inner panels are epoxy bonded to the outer panels. Even our roof

section is double skinned for enhanced strength and improved appearance. Precision stainless alignment

pins ensures perfect fit, finish and operation.

Accommodates a large range of engine and transaxle choices. Engine: Ford Windsor, Ford Modular

Aluminium 5.0lt (Coyote), Gen 3 & Gen 4 Holden/Chev engines from 5.7lt - 7.0lt, normally aspirated

and supercharged. Transaxle: ZF, Porsche, Audi, Ricardo, Albins sequential. Custom engine and

transaxle fitment available.

Superior safety - with breakaway front crumple zone, high rigidity 6mm wall thickness cockpit safety cell

and rigid housings to fully enclose and protect the twin fuel tanks. The advantage of increased torsional

stiffness of a monocoque chassis design.

Industry leading quality parts – CNC cut and TIG welded door hinges, engine mounts etc. Billet CNC

roller fuel caps with separate lockable internal caps, classic analog styled electronic custom gauges.

Superior weight distribution as the engine can be moved further forward and sit lower in the chassis than

other replica brands.

Intelligent self locating engine mount plates allow for flexibility and speed of installation. Includes

additional mid drivetrain mounts for enhanced support for large HP installations.

Build time is significantly reduced as every facet of the design has been optimized for quick and easy

assembly. Full colour 200+ page build manual & DVD provided. Build time can be as little as 6 months

part time.
