• In 2011, the Southwest Conference of Mayors conducted a transportation and economic development study of Harlem Avenue from 63rd Street south to I-80.

• The plan’s vision is to create a vibrant corridor with a mix of thriving uses that works for all users.

• Our study will build upon the findings from South Harlem and will work with the Southwest Conference as they continue to implement the recommendations.
