The concerned circles are requested to regulate their provisional pension in accordancewith the relevant provisions of CCS (Pension) Rules 1972. The DCRG and Commuted Value ofPension (CVP) in respect of the above mentioned (2) officers should be with held tiil theconclusion of the vigilance/disciplinary case as per the CCS (Pension) Rules 1972.3. lt has been certified that no vigilance/disciplinary case is pending against any of theother officer(s). However, if vigilance/disciplinary case come to the notice agJinst any of lrem,only provisional pension may be granted to the officer(s) concerned and their DCRG and CVpwithheld till the conclusion of the vigilance/discipiinary case(s) as per CCS (pension) Rules,1972. Such cases should be brought to the notice of CVO, BSNL, ST.DDG (Vig.)/DDG (Stafft,DoT and Sr.GM (Pers.) BSNL C.O. New Delhi immediatety.3. lf the names of any other SDEs (Telecom)/PS/PA retiring on superannr,ration on30.06.2013 A/N is not included in the above list, provisional superannuation order may beissued by the circle concerned incorporating para2 above, subject to confirmation by this oifice.Names of such SDEs(Telecom)/PS/PA may be intimated to this office immediately. lt may beensured that the aforesaid officials have been absorbed in BSNL.
