You now have before you the first issue of GermTec's product catalog. This is not simply a collection of colorful pictures and descriptions; this is the essence of our work over the past three years. The most of our team are the speleologists. We understand that a cave is the unique creation of the Nature.

We are trying to find the compromise between cave, darkness, illumination and people.

The main aim of our job is to reduce the man’s impact to the cave environment and reduce the “lamp flora” effects.

Only new lights technology allow to provide low power consumption, overheating and high performance.

The show caves are created for people and we provide the brilliant tools for light designer.

The visitors of the show cave have to see only the cave interior and nothing more.

Only modern technics allow to provide the new vision of show cave: control electronics, bus communication, high effective light, etc.

TM The Cave Lighting low-profile linear luminare series CL-LST-xx is a LED luminaire specially designed for lighting applications at show caves and other outdoor solutions for a difficult natural conditions.

The linear LED luminare series “T”could be installed into GRP hand rails and provide soft light for the pathes. This compact lighting fixture includes a variable angle mounting bracket allowing up to 180 degree rotation and adjustable light slot allows to configure the illuminated conditions. The LED placement, optics and barndoors provide seamless light between linear sections. Advanced LED drive circuitry and thermal management ensure a long operating life upwards of 70,000 hours.

The CL-LST-xx reliable performance and creative design makes it a perfect outdoor LED lighting solution not only for show caves applications.

It can be powered by DC power supplies: CL-PR1-xx or CL-PS1-xx and controlled over CL-CN1-xx LED lamp control units.

TMThe Cave Lighting LED lamp powered Control Unit series CL-CR1-xx is the combination of programmable Control unit and power supply for direct powering and controlling of LED lamps. This unit is specially designed for lighting applications at show caves and other outdoor applications.

The Control Unit controls the brightness of each LED lamp connected to the unit in accordance with the commands from the external data source or with the stored light scene combinations. The Control Unit converts and supports PWM signal for each connected lamp. The internal power supply allow to connect to the AC low voltage network directly.

TMThe Cave Lighting Central Lighting System Control Unit series CL-GL1-xx is designed to control the Show cave lighting illumination system. The Central Control Unit have to be installed inside protected electrical shelf, mounted at DIN-rail and connected over interface to all LED lamp controllers. The Central Control Unit controls the lighting system for complete show cave or separate hall.

The main function of the Central Control Unit are the following:- store and controls the configuration of the system;- create, store, edit and operate with lighting scenes;- create, store and play real-time scene changing (scenario); - control the emergency lights and backup power (battery);- testing and servicing lighting system;

TMThe Cave Lighting Remote Control Unit series CL-RC1-xx is the handheld radio -pilot for controlling lighting system. The Remote Control used by the show-cave guide for changing light scenes, start-stop show scenarios and etc.

The CL-RC1-01 sends the radio signals to the Radio-receiver module ACRM-02 which installed inside LED lamp controllers units. The small plastic housing and long distance allow to use fo the caves lighting controls.
