To mark the company’s 150th anniversary the firm is bringing out the ANT. PETROF in honour of the company founder Antonín Petrof. The ANT. PETROF 275, the first masterly instrument of this series, is intended for use on the world’s stages by professional pianists. ANT. PETROF T his premium brand has been brought out on the company’s 150th anniversary in tribute to the founder Antonín Petrof. The AP275 and the AP225 are intended for the most outstanding players on the world’s stages. The AP237, currently in preparation, will with its sound range perfectly substitute for a small grand. PETROF UPRIGHT PIANOS A re manufactured in 4 basic heights: 118 cm, 122 cm, 125 cm and 130 cm. The product range contains 17 models manufatured in 15 surface finishes. PETROF GRAND PIANOS A are manufactured in 6 basic lenghts: 159 cm, 173 cm, 194 cm, 210 cm, 237 cm and 284 cm. The prosuct range contains 12 models manufactured in 8 surface finishes. Special features of the current construction are closely linked with the musical culture of Czech country. The musical instrument is a precious attribute craving for beauty above all and gives cultural experience to people. That is why the harmony of content and form is the essential criterion for PETROF company. The uprights and grands are designed in PETROF’s Development Department. They are semi-completed in a leading Chinese piano factory, and finished off in the Czech Republic. Every care is taken in their completion at the PETROF fac- tory. Even demanding pianists appreciate the resulting sound and the precise response of the action. Weinbach instruments are also very popular in music schools. The Weinbach tradition goes back to 1887, when the work- shop was set up in the Weinbach region to build organs.
