NEW! Summer Futsal SeriesOut of the sun and loaded with fun!(Ages 7-15) These sessions are designed to help indi-vidual players develop their skills through Futsal and give them an opportunity to connect with other players to create a very rich and diverse learning environment. Futsal is played on a small field court with lines (not walls) creating constant pres-sured situations 1) From other players 2) From out-of-play boundaries. Players must learn to settle the ball rapidly, cut sharply, shield effectively, pass quickly, and move into space, all done with a weighted futsal ball with less bounce and less players on the field. This promotes mastery of the foot skills and proper body mechanics that will naturally carry over into the outdoor game. The session will build up to match play by starting with a technical warm up and guided skill development piece. Players will sharpen their footwork with the Futsal Ball and move into the second piece of the session reserved for competi-tive play. Non marking court shoes and shin guards required. 530411-05 Su (Ages 7-11) 6/4-6/25 6-7:30P 530411-06 Su (Ages 12-15) 6/4-6/25 7:30-9P Location: CSD Gym Fee: $60 Instructor: Stephen Beck

Guitar Ensemble: Nylon String Guitar (Ages 18+) This four session class provides guitar players of any age or skill level an oppor-tunity to not only play in an orchestral setting, but improve your playing, musical skills and technique. Guitar players rarely get the ensemble experience that band and orchestral instruments get in school and this will be a great addition to your playing experience. Our initial objective is to learn to play as a group, to be able to play in time, and listen to what is going on around you. The last session will be really informal, will last a little longer, and you may bring friends and relatives to hear you play. Wellness

Discovering Your Past Lives (Ages 18+) How are your past lives affecting your cur-rent life? Recalling a past life can assist a person to uncover the events in past lives which cause the unwanted, non-useful behaviors and chronic problems in this life. Past life healing specifically targets core root issues that can influence a person’s behavior, attitudes, likes and dis-likes, relationships, phobias, and virtually every aspect of life. If pain from the past is not recognized, processed, and ultimately released, the wound continues to infect the current life until healed. The main purpose of recalling past life experiences is to help you resolve issues that are pre-venting you from living your life fully in the present. 140134-5A Su 5/21 10-11A 140134-06 Tu 5/23 7:30-8:30P Location: Satori Health & Hypnotherapy 4058 Flying C Rd #11, Cameron Park Fee: $12/$7 with CP resident discount Instructor: DJ Lenson, Satori Health
