It’s everyone’s responsibility to prevent and address bullying and harassment. You can help build respect in the workplace. Read the information below to find out what information and services are available to support you.
Information on MyHRTo help employees, supervisors and managers build and maintain respectful workplaces visit MyHR (www.gov.bc.ca/myhr/workingwithothers). You’ll receive guidance on dealing with a variety of workplace situations (including bullying and harassment) and get helpful advice on items such as:
• Learning proactive approaches to building respectful workplaces.• Understanding how best to address specific workplace situations.• Managing employees when they are working in the office, or remotely.• Leading people successfully in the workplace.• Getting educated on employment conditions and agreements including the Standards of Conduct
and Discrimination and Harassment in the Workplace.
