• Players are subscribed to a playlists. • One player can have up to 5 playlists. • Once you update a playlists, all subscribed players are updated (pull mechanism). • Communications is always responsible for the playlist. • Global playlists need editorial boards for maintenance.

• Currently we have the following playlists:
• Global playlists – Philips global (deployed to all players) – Healthcare sector global (deployed to all sector players) – Lighting sector global (deployed to all sector players)
• Country playlists
– US central playlist (Deployed to all US players) – CD central playlist (Deployed to all Canada players)
• Campus playlist
– Andover campus playlist (Deployed to all Andover campus players) – High Tech Campus Eindhoven playlist (Deployed to all Philips HTC players)
If you want to start a sector/global/campus playlist you need to have an editorial board in place, and a frequent feed of news items.

Templates requirements: • Philips wordmark • Time indicator • Progress indicator • Choices for background color and text color. • Space for Header/Sub header/Text block: • Sub header will be in predefined color

Template 1: Solid background In this template the ratio for text and picture is set. User is able to select a (text) color combination. Ratio for text is also set. Background colors are solid.

Template 2: Gradient background User is able to choose from different gradient backgrounds. In this template there is more space for text. Only use red background for emergency (e.g. crisis situation, building evacuation).

Template 3: Photo background
In this template user selects a picture. It’s up to the user to select a text color, but readability needs to be ensured and the picture needs to comply with the guidelines.
