Functional Design

• Enclosure of the entire electronic system • Enclosure in the area of the control valve• Enclosure of the hoses behind the crane column

Load-holding valves

They prevent the crane boom from dropping andare fitted as standard onto the slewing mecha-nism, elevating arm, and extension cylinders. Thevalves are positioned in such a way that they areprotected from being damaged.

Return oil utilisation

The high speed of the extension system is impres-sive. It results from return oil utilization feature,which is installed as standard, and the generouslydimensioned hydraulic pipes. This makes for in-creased efficiency during all types of working!

Endless slewing mechanism

The endless slewing mechanism fitted as standardtogether with the slewing ring permits an unre-stricted radius of action. As a result the craneworks much more quickly and cost-efficiently.

Control valve

In combination with the PALFINGER radio remotecontrol system the load-sensing proportional valvemakes for highly sensitive crane control.

Advanced Package

Central lubrication

For all grease points on the base frame.

Adjustable slide blocks

These ensure optimal lateral guidance of theextension system.

Hose equipment for accessories

With this option you can provide the oil supply toaccessories. The hoses are routed in compacttroughs and plastic link chains. They are thereforevery well protected.

Extension system

• The extension cylinders are guided by using Jordal rails and rollers.

• Height compensation of the extension cylinders.

Outriggers

The 5.6 m hydraulic outrigger system installed asstandard ensures good stability. As an option a 6.6m telescopic outrigger is available. The pipeworkto the support cylinders is internally routed in theoutriggers, providing a high level of protectionfrom damage at all times. On request, the outrig-gers can be supplied with support cylinders thatswivel up hydraulically through 180°.

AOS

The Active Oscillation Suppression system, which isavailable exclusively from PALFINGER, compen-sates for jolts and sharp stress cycles caused bycrane operation. Because oscillations are eradica-ted, the crane can work with pin-point accuracymuch more quickly and therefore more cost-effi-ciently.

Power Link Plus

PALFINGER has specially developed this knuckleboom so that it can be tilted upwards by 15degrees. It stands out by virtue of the excellentmovement geometry. Even in the most restrictedspaces, difficult crane jobs can be carried out withease.
