Thursday, March 26, 2015 Present: Dave McGarrah, Spencer Aggus, Seth Dermott, John Yaple, Ron Franklin, Chris Nickle, Jennifer Reaves, Judy Lowe, Brandi Haddock, and

Carol Ferguson.

Staff Present: Kim Cox

Roll call was taken by sign in.

Meeting was called to order by Dave McGarrah, President.

Motion was made to approve the minutes from the February BOD meeting.

Motion was made to approve Agenda as emailed.

John Yaple, Treasurer/Finance Chair presented financials.

Received financials for February 2015 as emailed.

Motion made and approved to accept financials for February 2015.

Motion rescinded on removal of the 2.3% debit card transaction fees until a full year has passed and an audit can be done on the fees.

Brandi Haddock, Director/MLS Chair Report.

Recommendation to create task force on auction properties was approved and given guidelines (instead of a branding task force). A second MLS meeting was held this month on 3/24/15 and from that meeting came a recommendation to have Flex add a field for

Variable Rate Commission and what the terms are regarding that. Sending this to the Auction Task Force.

Region IX Meeting coming up; will be in attendance.

Training for Flex scheduled.

Spencer Aggus, President-Elect’s Report

Strategic Planning – Minutes reviewed. Final plan submitted with changes; send to NAR w/grant application.

Program & Events – Minutes reviewed. Working on details for the installation banquet.

Governing Documents – Minutes reviewed. Motion made to approve A-H on MLS Rules & Regs & “I” to go on the bylaws ballot in Sept. Membership & Community Services – See attached minutes. A motion was made and seconded to approve the conditional memberships

as listed below.

New Business:

Received certificate of completion for Practice Course from agent violation.

Zillow & Trulia feeds going away as of April 7th; will discuss at DR mtg tomorrow; DR’s need to discuss w/their agents.

Having issues with a current RETS/IDX feed to for an affiliate; Kim to research and call them.

All the above motions passed with majority vote.
