NAE Envirosystems Salt spray and Cyclic Corrosion Test Chambers are designed to meet the most stringent testing requirements of corrosive atmospheres and cyclic corrosion environments.

Uniquely built with advanced technology a mono-block construction conducive to perform various corrosive resistance tests.

Integrated with dedicated compartments accessible to all components for maintenance friendly requirements.

Desktop control and operational panel alongside workspace for user friendly accessibility.

The entire housing is constructed using non-corrosive materials like plastic, making it highly durable and maintenance free. It also has an ergonomic design with smooth and contoured surfaces, making it highly attractive as well as compact.

Probably the biggest real cubic space provided with unobstructed test space among the systems available today.

An acrylic top lid is operated pneumatically to assist in automatic opening of the door. It also has a tapered rood to meet the specifications of ASTM and avoid the condensate to drip into the specimens.



User-friendly Loading Thresholds are maintained in all sizes to assist in proper placement of test samples. Standard rods and mounting bars are also provided as part of standard equipment, where the most complicated shapes of specimen could be accommodated.

The brine solution tank of large capacity (40 to 65 Liters) for continuous run is built within the chamber, which can be accessed from the top lid further complimenting its compactness.



SaturatorThe saturator tank with a built-in Automatic water level controller is designed to meet the relevant standards.The construction is a non corrosive plexi-glass vessel, capable of withstanding high pressures and safety components are built on to it, ensuring continuous unattended operations. A maintenance friendly design ensures easy replacement of components and longer durability

AtomizerA high precision nozzle atomizes to generate a uniform fine fog with accurate and repeatable testing results. The lucite construction is non corrosive and ensures a trouble free operation for the longest duration of tests.



Pneumatic Door LiftThe canopy shaped dome is fitted with a pneumatic arrangement to assist the user in specimen loading and unloading. Its material is semitransparent and the specimen can be viewed.

Standard FacilitiesAll models are equipped with Air purging, Time tantalizer, Cyclic timer, Regulations Gauges and specimen racks.



The DIGI-TOUCH Operator Interface Controller combines unique capabilities normally expected from high-end units with a very affordable price. It is built around a high performance core with integrated functionality. This core allows DIGI-TOUCH to perform many of the normal features of the Paradigm range of Operator interfaces while improving and adding new features. The DIGI-TOUCH is able to communicate with many different types of hardware using high-speed RS232/485 communications ports and Ethernet 10 Base T/100 Base-TX communications. In addition, the DIGI-TOUCH features USB for fast downloads of configuration files and access to trending and data logging. A CompactFlash socket is provided so that Flash cards can be used to collect your

trending and data logging information as well as to store larger configuration files. In addition to accessing and controlling of external resources, the DIGI-TOUCH allows a user to easily view and enter information. Users can enter data through the touch screen and/or front panel 5-button keypad.

By storing logged data in CSV file format, applications such as Microsoft Excel or Access can open and analyze process information- The DIGI-TOUCH series stores data un a format that users can immediately use.

The DIGI-TOUCH series can connect via Ethernet, landline modems, or even cellular modems to reach you anywhere in the world. With built-in email and text messaging functions, the DIGI-TOUCH allows you to focus only on the areas of concern.



Three modular sizes are designed and constructed to accommodate varied sizes samples for test as per various standards like ASTM, DIN, IS, JIS, IEC and other applicable industry standards.

The OXYFOG Corrosion Chamber models are equipped with a Microcontroller based instrumentation capable of handling salt spray tests like ASTM B117, B-368 and BS-3900F4.The instrumentation also consists of a time tantalizer, cyclic timer and auto air purging facilities.
