Brief Project Details (1000 words max ) & key objectives (300 words max). For the review process, the application must include images and evidence that suitable cryo-EM samples have already been produced (e.g. field views of grids, images of 2D classes calculated from the cryo-EM sample under investigation which demonstrate secondary structure). Failure to provide these data will result in the application being returned. All proposals are awarded time based on scientific merit. Users are required to process data using WARP software during collecting data and to save a screenshot of the processing results.
