Owner Architectural Services Department
Geospatial Data Name Asset Information System
Descriptions The system provides a database of comprehensive information of the
building assets under the maintenance of Architectural Services
Department. The system runs on a web-based platform using GIS
technology. User may search information through a map interface. Such
information includes location of buildings and facilities, basic building
attributes like building name, management department, building type,
building age, address, construction floor area, etc. It also keeps condition
surveys report and maintenance history of the buildings and information on
slopes. It links with other computer systems of the department and acts as a
portal for easy retrieval of asset information.
