With 17,500 sqm of built-up area, BDD 1227 consists of 2 Blocs of 11 stories each. It is characterized by:
A distinguished glass and metal perforated façade with an interior court maximizing light penetration in to the offices
Open office spaces and a series of terraces on the 3rd, 6th, 8th, and 10th floors
A contemporary 5 m lobby
6 underground levels offering ample parking spaces
3 elevators, 2 for the tenants and 1 for service for each block

THE LOCATION
Located at the intersection of Fouad Chehab and Bechara El Khoury Highway, BDD is in close proximity to the airport, seaport, and downtown, and just minutes away from major landmarks. Access to and egress from BDD is never obstructed. The campus is reachable from 8 different streets covering all areas around the city.
SETs International, a leading consulting firm, conducted the traffic impact study for BDD. The traffic circulation within BDD’s internal streets has been conceived to provide the smoothest flow of vehicles.
