Overview of Yemen’s Airports There are eight international airports in Yemen: Aden International Airport, Hodeida, Sana'a (located in the capital city), Al-Rayan, Ghaida, Ataq, Sayoun, and Ta'izz. Sana 'a International Airport (SIA) is roughly 13 kilometers north of the city. Aden International Airport is the second biggest airport in Yemen. It also has a long runway that serves six international carriers, mainly going to the Middle East and Africa. The other airports at -Rayan, Ghaida, Ataq, Sayoun, and Ta'izz are not as large, but international flights operate into and out of these aforementioned Airports. There are two local Airlines in Yemen which serve tourists and travelers. One of these two companies is Yemenia (Yemen Airways) which serves travelers locally and internationally. Also, there is Felix Airways Company which started operations for domestic transport in Yemen, in addition to some destinations to some countries such as Amman, United Arab Emirates, Djibouti and Egypt. Overview of Yemen’s Airports

There are eight international airports in Yemen: Aden International Airport, Hodeida, Sana'a (located in the capital city),

Al-Rayan, Ghaida, Ataq, Sayoun, and Ta'izz. Sana 'a International Airport (SIA) is roughly 13 kilometers north of the city.

Aden International Airport is the second biggest airport in Yemen. It also has a long runway that serves six international

carriers, mainly going to the Middle East and Africa. The other airports at -Rayan, Ghaida, Ataq, Sayoun, and Ta'izz are

not as large, but international flights operate into and out of these aforementioned Airports.

There are two local Airlines in Yemen which serve tourists and travelers. One of these two companies is Yemenia
