What you need in order to join SEDEX
Sedex – Supplier Registration Process
3. Terms and Conditions • Read and agree to the SEDEX Terms and
Conditions of Membership, SEDEX Rules, and Refund Policy.
• These can also be printed / saved for your future reference.
4. Payment methods for SEDEX • *Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard,
American Express, Maestro) • Online payment websites (Paypal and
Alipay) • Offline payment through BACS bank
transfer
*Where you may not have a company issued credit card and opt to use a personal credit card, SEDEX generates an
invoice which you may use to claim your respective fees from your accounts department.

2. Main Contact Details at Company • Contact Person • Telephone Number • E-Mail (Primary e-mail address that
will be used for registration – SEDEX information will be sent to this email address)
• Username (A username that you select to use the SEDEX system)

3) Choose your membership type.
4) Choose the number of sites of employment you
wish to register (at an annual cost of £33.60+ handling charge per B
Member site)
B members: companies which ENTER and maintain data (e.g.. a company that owns productions sites or an agent who does not want to view data about its suppliers) AB members: companies which both VIEW and ENTER (e.g.. company with multiple production sites which also wants to view information about companies/sites in its supply chain or an agent which wants to view information entered by its suppliers and/or wants to help its suppliers enter and manage data about labour standards) A members: companies which VIEW data about companies/ sites in their supply chain but do NOT supply into another commercial company (e.g.. retailer)

If you require an invoice or contract statement from Sedex before making payment please contact the Sedex Helpdesk who will be able to provide this.

Once you have made payment, you will receive the following emails: 1. (If applicable) Confirmation from PayPal of your payment. 2. Confirmation from Sedex that your account has been set up
