Recent Accomplishments• 2011 - Prop 84, Round 1 implementation grant award of $3.1 million for 16
projects– Still awaiting contract execution with DWR, expected soon– Applicant: City of Nevada City (with administrative function to be performed by
CABY)• 2011 – Prop 84, Round 1 planning grant award of approximately $650,000 for
IRWM plan update– Underway with expected completion later this year– Important opportunity to strengthen CABY effort through re-evaluation of
organizational needs for long-term success and expand common understanding of regional water resource challenges and opportunities
– Applicant: CABY Regional Water Management Group (nonprofit corporation)• 2013 – Submission of Grant Application for Prop 84, Round 2 implementation
funding for $5+ million– Applicant: Sierra Fund
