Almost the whole week we had a good breeze and it cooled off enough at night for everyone to sleep comfortable. However, on Friday it was just plan hot the whole day. We also had a great cookout Friday night. Thanks again to all those who came and helped. I wanted to especially thank brother Gary who came out early and cooked the burgers and hotdogs. We had over 30 visitors and most stayed for the evening festivities as well. Brother Mark led us in some encouraging devotional thoughts and we had some fun skits and awards given out. All in all this was one of our best and most profitable years, with one obeying the Gospel of Christ. Oh, and by the way, the next Sunday, two more of those who were at camp confessed Jesus, repented and were baptized in Omaha. We give praise to God and thank Him for the increase. Dad and mom left Monday morning for Africa. They contacted me from Atlanta during their early travels, but I haven’t heard from them again as of yet. They should be arriving in Zambia sometime today. Please keep them and their journey in your prayers. I pray that they will have good health and a prosperous time for God in Zambia, Uganda and Ghana. As most of your know, they are traveling to all three of our full time works in Africa. May God richly bless them on their journey. This week I have been busy organizing for a brother from Kenya to travel to Ghana and to teach there for 2 quarters. His name is Samson Omutele and is a graduate of our preachers training school in Zambia, back when it was in Botswana. I know he will do a great job in this new work and will help out our teachers in Ghana a lot. This will be a great blessing for the Ghana work, until we complete the training of our two men who are in Zambia so that at least one may help as an instructor in Ghana beginning with our new intake. Please keep all of these plans and efforts in your prayers. Our desire is to reach as many souls as possible throughout Africa. May God bless our labors for Him throughout Africa. Well, I hope you have a great day and I look forward to seeing you all at our mid-week Bible study. It is always a privilege and a blessing to gather to study God’s Word and to worship our Creator! Let’s also be present this coming Lord’s day and ready to give God our best. May God bless us all as we labor in His Kingdom. *Ray Sullins*
