During my internship I had the chance to take some responsibilities. As long as I was the only expert in video recording and edition and with some knowledge in designing I was the responsible on all the matters related with this. I have to recognize that sometimes was difficult because I don't know Russian and in some cases was necessary the help of someone in the office, but this help was not always possible due to the other colleagues tasks. However, this situations became a challenge and this is something I really like and feel comfortable with. During all the internship I have felt totally supported by the organization (home and host), and their members who were concerned about the development of my internship.

The project is a perfect opportunity to improve your skills in different areas, such as communication or presentation skills. It's a great chance to live and work in a multi-cultural environment and to exchange cultural experiences. And it's a good opportunity to present your own nation and culture and to change the image of your country in a better way, e.g. to destroy some stereotypes.

I got to know so many new things, I embraced Indian culture and moreover cultures of interns whom I'm living with. Every day is a deep self- and world-discovery for me. People whom I met made me think about different things: how life is in different countries, how actually my country life is, how to value small conversations and how to live each moment of my life with sense of purpose and happiness. AIESEC Baroda guys are very helpful and warm! And my local committee -

AIESEC Moscow is keeping eye on me, asking all the time how i am here. Thank you for that! Customers feedback

This leadership experience was a big challenge for me. It made me more adult, confident and decisive. I made lots of mistakes but learnt so many things about myself and the world that I could say that this leadership experience changed the whole my life and my attitude to it.

Nastya I had never thought about leadership before AIESEC. And for me it was a big challenge to try this opportunity. But I'm glad that I got this chance at AIESEC and now I know that leadership isn't as easy as it seemed. Leader at AIESEC has to catch two rabbits in spite of the adage - he should build a strong team while working to fulfill the objectives. It's difficult but really interesting.

Masha I decided to take leardership position in AIESEC in order to find myself, to challlenge myself and open new features of myself, which I luckly did. This experience was hard. I got used to work alone and do everything by myself and that was the biggest challenge for me to change the habit and start working as a leader, which means to start working with the team and come to results together. I sincerely grateful to my team for all we have done. I realised that team is the core thing in leadership and I wouldn't do better without them. Now there are a lot of things to learn about, but being as a leader in AIESEC was the start, the best start that any can wish.

Rita Decision to take leader`s position is very important as soon as you became responsible not only for your actions, but also for your team and the result you must achieve. During projects you always have difficult situations, fails, mistakes, disconnection sometimes. But you can`t stop it because you have already started. And that really makes you stronger, it makes you think stronger and evaluate actions and thoughts people around you more wisely. But one of the coolest thing is the joy that your interns get from internship in the other country and tell you about it, and the appreciation of your team members for moments you have taught them, and kind words that because of you (and, of course, all other people the person dealt with during being on internship) somebody has achieved something desired, hasn`t stopped nevertheless some fears and is getting cool experience as well!

Anya I decided to become a leader very spontaneously. Anyway I don't feel sorry that I had a chance to be a leader. Before the election I fully undersood that leadership position will require more time and force than a team-member position. During the project I was faced with many difficulties, for instance, it was hard to combine study and AIESEC, people didn't come to assessments and etc. But I didn't despair, because I was surrounded by kind and cheerful people who encouraged me that I'll succeed. And now, by the end of the project, I feel satisfied that I was able to change myself, to overcome with my fears and doubts, improve my HR-, time-management skills, deal with objections and even changed lives of some people. I really thankful to AIESEC that it helped me to realize that man is capable of doing everything, if he or she wants to achieve it.

Gulnaz I've become a leader after a short time in AIESEC. I was very afraid in the beginning, but then I overcame it. During my leadership experience I faced many difficulties, such as problems in teambuilding, time-management, professional skills etc. And this made me better and stronger. Now, I've realized all the power I have. And I'm going to use it ^^

Roma I believe AIESEC Leadership Programme gave me an astounding experience. It changed me a lot, but it made me who I am now and in the moment I'm absolutely aware of what I should do in my life. Although the leader's experience was challlenging, it was also exciting and, without doubts, very useful. It helped me to go deep in practice of management - most students have a lack of it nowadays. Besides, I knew that I was making something good for our society and for our country, and it made me feel much stronger and confident. Thank you very much, the team of AIESEC MOSCOW, for realizing my dreams!
