    HEADLINE Bending over backwards???

    Where do I start? No wonder there is many complaints.

    1) Outsurance first wants your excess before the job start. After I phoned them they changes and said I can pay after the job is

    done. When I got to the carpet people to look at the sample they first want the excess. Why must I pay before the job is done?

    My contract does not specifically quote it.

    2) I went home and I see the the worst painting job on the ceiling. It is in patches and there is white patches on the wall. The otherproblem is they cut the ceiling board skew i.e. it does not rest on the Cornish and that was filled with a filler. I queried it but they

    state it should not give a problem, well I queried it with experts according to ceiling experts the filler is going to come loose.

    When they come originally they told me the are going to put in new Cornish and they quoted on that as the old one was water

    damaged. They reused the old one which they broke in the corner when they took it off..

    I am now considering moving my insurance as this is not a way to treat a customer.
