These photographs were taken in 2009

as part of Jim Walker’s ongoing project with

the Big Car Collective to visit locations and

communities and capture them from an

outsider’s perspective. The idea is to take

places and things that may not be typical

subjects for artwork and present them as

they were found. This series, all of which

feature florescent lights often avoided in

photographs, showed at Uncle Freddy’s

Gallery in Highland, Indiana in 2009.
