On the World Sports FestivalWe are glad to invite you to th is years World Sports Festival which for the first time includes aTaekwondo tournament (among 12 other sports). The World Sports Festival is a youth sportsfestival that aims to bring young athletes competing in different sports and from all over the worldtogether to join in unity.Besides competitions it offers adolescents different events like e. g. the grand opening ceremonyand the Players party which are inspired by the Olympic thought.Please find out more about the World Sports Festival onwww.world-sports-festival.com.

Condition for ParticipationProof of membership by valid national Federation passport with ETU/WTF membership. Allcontestants have to proof their age and nationality by presenting their passport or identificationcard at weigh-in.Those who are not recognized as adults by law in their own country must submit a passport oridentification card together with a written consent (liability declaration) of their parents or lawfulguardian accepting the participation and all parts of the official invitation.

VisaIn order to give support to get the visas it is necessary to send a correct written application letter to

the World Sports Festival organization committee with name, age and passport number of allteam members, competitors and officials (if possible, please send a word file as e-mail attachment).

We will send a confirmation letter by e-mail (or if necessary by air mail) to the team and to theembassies involved.Please give the visa process in the embassies at least two weeks for handling all applications.

RegistrationAthletes have to be registered in two steps.Please note: Coaches and fans also have to go through the first registration step. CoachesCoaches can enter the competition area only with proper sport shoes and proper tracksuit. Beforeweigh-in all coaches must have the Special ID-Cards for their teams. Weigh-in and entry to thesports hall only with Special ID-Cards! Special ID-Cards for all competitors and coaches!

ProtestOnly the official coach is allowed to protest, immediately after the end of the contest. An amountof 50,-- will have to be paid for each protest. The decision of the referee chairman is final.

RefereesWithout exception(please dont use the tpss tool for referees) all referees will be contacted andinvited by the Referee Committee. Hotel and Full board accommodation will be provided forinternational referees from July 4th to July 7th,2013.

ClassificationPlaces 1 to 3 will be scored for classification of teams.The key 6-3-1 will be used.

Award presentationMedals for the places 1 to 3 individual results. Trophies for the places 1 to 3 teams results.The awards will be presented in the course of the daily festival evening program.

ResultsThe contestants agree with the announcement, that the first and last name, the weight category,

the nation/organization and the placing in the list of results will be reported in the internet as wellas in printed media.

TransportTransport from the hotels to the different sports venues as well as connection to Viennese publictransport is provided by the festival organization. Tickets for the WSF (World Sports Festival)Shuttles can be booked online on www.world-sports-festival.com for 12,-- per person for thewhole period of the festival (Thursday to Sunday).

CateringAlso, catering (lunch and dinner) is provided by the festival organization at the sports venues aswell as in the hotels for 60,-- per person for the whole period of the festival (Thursday evening toSunday lunchtime).
