SatVoyager™ SatZone™ SatOffice™

AN OFF-THE-SHELF SOLUTION WITH RAPID TECHNICAL DEPLOYMENTOptus SatZone™ is a base station mounted on a satellite trailer, so it can be shipped almost anywhere in Australia. And once installed, it will offer a connection to the Optus 3G network through our fleet of satellites. It’s the first time businesses in remote areas will be able to access an off-the-shelf 3G solution like this and it’s exclusive to Optus.

BRINGING 3G TO REMOTE AREAS OF AUSTRALIASatZone™ is ideal for areas of the country where no Optus 3G coverage currently exists – areas where the mobile network hasn’t been rolled out or is due to be rolled out in the future. In these areas, SatZone™ can provide temporary access to the Optus 3G network via our fleet of satellites to assist while your business is waiting for a more permanent solution to be developed or installed.

ACCESS TO THE OPTUS 3G NETWORK SatZone™ provides customers with a network connection in their area via a satellite backhaul to other networks. This means workers can use their compatible mobile 3G mobile phones, tablets and other compatible 3G devices to stay in touch with the office as well as to contact their family and friends.

SATZONE™ SUPPORTS A RANGE OF 3G MOBILE PHONE AND TABLET FUNCTIONS SatZone™ can be used for mobile phone calls, emails, internet access, multimedia, WAP and application downloads, SMS, International SMS, Group SMS, Web SMS, MMS, voicemail, call diversions, SurePage and other business applications*.
